Schezwan Paneer Macaroni pasta/Pasta in schezwan style/Lunch box recipe for kids/Pasta recipe in Indian style

Schezwan Paneer Macaroni Pasta
Schezwan Paneer Macaroni pasta is a Italian dish but we have tried it in Indian style in this recipe. It is a combination of Macaroni pasta, sauces and paneer. This is a kids favourite recipe and can be packed for lunch box to school and can be served as a evening snacks or Tiffin. Let's move on to the recipe.
Serves-2
Cooking Time-10 mins
Adjust the Ingredients according to the number of people you cook for.
Ingredients
Oil-2 1/2 spoons
Salt-3 tsp
Water-required for boiling pasta
Pasta-1 cup(200 gms)
Garlic-5 cloves(finely chopped)
Onion-1(finely chopped)
Capsicum-1(finely chopped)
Paneer-100 gms(cut into cubes)
Chilli flakes-1 spoon
Herbs-1 spoon
Soya sauce-1 spoon
Tomato sauce-1 spoon
Schezwan pasta sauce-2 spoon
Coriander leaves-few
Recipe
Take a wide vessel, add water needed for boiling macaroni pasta. When the water starts boiling, add 2 tsp of oil and 2 tsp of salt and mix well. Now add 1 cup of Macaroni pasta(200 gms) and let it cook for 5 mins.
When the pasta is cooked well, drain the water and add 1 tsp of oil to it, so that it does not stick to each other and allow it cool.
Take a pan, add 1 spoon of oil and after it gets heated, add 5 cloves of garlic(finely chopped), 1 onion(finely chopped) and saute well. Now add 1 capsicum(finely chopped) and 150 gms of paneer and saute gently.
Add chilli flakes-1 tsp, Pasta herbs-1 tsp, 1 tsp salt and mix well. Add tomato sauce and soya sauce each 1 spoon, schezwan pasta sauce-2 spoons and mix well.
Now add the boiled pasta and mix gently. Finally garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
