Urad dhal sweet Bonda
Urad dhal sweet Bonda is a very healthy and simple recipe with just 2 main Ingredients, Urad dhal and Jaggery. Both these Ingredients are very healthy and good for healthy.
Making this recipe is less time consuming but very tasty to eat. Let's get started with the recipe.
Serves-4
Cooking Time-15 mins
Adjust the Ingredients according to the number of people you cook for.
Ingredients
Urad dhal-1 cup(soaked for 4 hrs)
Jaggery-3/4 cup
Oil-500 ml(for frying)
Recipe
Take a mixer jar, add 1 cup of urad dhal(washed and soaked) and grind well by sprinkling water. Now add 3/4 cup of grated jaggery and grind to a smooth thick paste.
Take a kadai, add needed oil for frying. When the oil gets heated keep it in low flame. Take the grinded paste, make small balls and deep fry them in the oil slowly in medium flame so that the bonda is cooked well inside.
The colour of the bonda would be darker because of the jaggery we have added.
Now the delicious bonda is ready to eat as it is and needs no side dish.
